Anansi and the Moss Covered Rock
Max took a theater class this Spring through Stages. They met once a week and put on a play at the end. The play was Anansi and the Moss Covered Rock. His teacher was fabulous and did a great job balancing the high energy of some of the students. The students decided what props they needed and brought their costumes from home. Max was a mongoose and decided to use his tan snuggie as his costume.
At the beginning of Summer Max took another theater class through Rohan Woods. Their plays were The Big Bad Mouse and The Ugly Woodpecker. They created/painted all of their scenes and props. Max's comment after the first day of theater class was "Mom is was EPIC!"

He is quite the performer...I know because of his horn debacle this summer!!!! :) We miss you guys but are literally counting the days til we see you in the valley again! (Jack has it on the calendar as MAX!)
